Community Guidelines

The LoveLsTzy® Films Community web portal is open to individuals and groups who want to support each other to create independent educational films that support Harmony on Earth by honoring shared values and the Universal Code of Ethics and Etiquette, including but not limited to respect, honesty, responsibility, fairness, tolerance, and compassion. Our goal is to collectively collaborate in paving the way for a peaceful, just, loving, and happy sustainable world for the children who are inheriting the earth.

Community Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution Protocol:
1. When a problem occurs between 2 or more parties, all parties are encouraged to first try to resolve the issue directly among each other privately.
2. If a resolution cannot be reached privately, each party can then contact a neutral and unbiased Community Mediator.
3. The Community Mediator organizes a time to meet the parties involved.
4. During their meeting, The Community Mediator hears all sides with the intention of creating a win-win situation.
5. If a resolution cannot be found with a Community Mediator, each party can bring the dispute to the weekly Community Meeting. This is where discussions take place and decisions are made using the voting process involving those present in the meeting.
6. During all Community Meetings anyone can propose new rules. When an old rule needs to be changed or a new rule needs to be added to prevent any similar issues from happening going forward, these changes would not affect any contracts related to disputes written under the previous rules. This would only affect future contracts (unless all the parties involved in a dispute, choose to amend their original contract under the new rules).
7. If the resolution cannot be reached within The Community Meeting, then the Problem/Dispute will be handled by the Community Arbitration Team.

We are actively reducing our environmental impact including the use of recycled materials, 100% plant based food during our productions, as well as using ecofriendly GreenGeeks® hosting.
